How does the booking work?
Booking with Sublime Lakes is simple and bespoke. Choose a property from our collection, speak with us for more details and once the property is selected and availability is confirmed with the owner, you confirm the reservation directly to the property without any commission agency.
A deposit secures your booking, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all necessary services in waiting for the start of your vacations.
How I do I pay for my stay?
A deposit of 30% not refundable to confirm the reservation . The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the rental.

All your activities and experiences will be organized in advance, and the details will be provided upon your arrival in a welcome kit dedicated to you, along with amenities and valuable surprises based on the experience you have chosen

What are the cancellation terms?
You may cancel your contract subject to the following fees:
● Up to 30 days before your arrival: 30% of the total rental amount
● Between 29 days and the check-in day: 50% of the total amount
